Legally binding?

Today I received an email from play.com confirming my order of a "powerball". It doesn't matter what a powerball is (in fact I'm not 100% sure myself), however in their confirmation email, was embedded the following:
By receiving this email from play.com you are accepting our
terms and conditions, a copy of which can be found on the website at:
http://www.play.com/play247.asp?pa=topnav&page=terms_conditions
In a trice, I emailed back:
By receiving this email from me, you are accepting my
terms and conditions, a copy of which can be found on my website at:
http://visula.org/calum/blog/2006/05/terms-and-conditions.html

P.S. Please don't cancel my order :)
