A nice article on why everyone hates the music industry. The article claims that the music industry is destroying itself because it is behaving in an unpopular way. Which is true.

But it was not so long ago that Microsoft was being very unethical (and was very nearly split up), and it was a company hated by everyone. Yet it survived. Maybe it survived by being a tiny bit nicer, and suddenly everyone stopped hating it and buying more Microsoft products.
